1. Who Can Rent a Motorbike?

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Valid motorcycle license (A1 / A2 or equivalent).
• International Driving Permit required for foreign riders.

2. Required Documents & Deposit Policy

For Travelers

• Passport or valid ID will be temporarily held OR cash deposit option available.
• Accommodation details may be requested.

For Local Residents

• Valid Vietnamese ID or passport.
• Deposit:
• 3,000,000 VND – Manual bikes
• 5,000,000 VND – Automatic scooters

3. Rental Duration & Late Return Policy

• Up to 30 minutes late: No charge.
• Over 30 minutes but less than 3 hours: Hourly fee applies.
• Over 3 hours but less than 6 hours: Charged as 0.5 day.
• More than 6 extra hours: Charged as 01 full day.

• Manual bike: 10,000 VND/hour
• Automatic scooter: 15,000 VND/hour

4. Delivery & Pickup in Hue

• Free delivery within 3km of Hue city center.
• Hue Railway Station, Southern Bus Terminal: Free.
• Phu Bai International Airport: Surcharge 100,000 VND each time (Delivery or receiving).
• Outside central area: 20,000 – 50,000 VND per trip (Negotiate).

5. Pricing Transparency

• No hidden fees.
• No holiday surcharges.
• Pay only for the time you use.
• Early return eligible for partial refund.

6. Our Responsibilities

• Provide well-maintained, safe motorbikes.
• Offer roadside support when needed.
• Provide mandatory vehicle insurance.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Follow Vietnamese traffic laws.
• Refuel during rental period.
• Report mechanical issues immediately.
• Be responsible for traffic violations or damages caused.
